FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Do you offer free introduction sessions?

Absolutely! Book your free one-hour session by filling out the booking form for either kids or adults. After the session, you’ll receive personalised feedback to help your player progress. Need to change or cancel? Just email us at tecoachingltd@gmail.com.

Who can join your coaching sessions?

We welcome players of all skill levels—from complete beginners to those with competitive experience. Our structured sessions are tailored for both kids (5–14 years) and adults.

Do you run year-round sessions?

Yes, we do! Our coaching follows our own syllabus, so we offer sessions throughout the year, including school holidays. No summer breaks here!

Can you help with joining local teams?

Yes, we can. While we don’t operate our own teams, our coaches have strong links across Bradford and West Yorkshire. We’re happy to help guide you towards local sides that match your interests and ability.

How many players are in each session?

Group sizes vary depending on location, but we aim to keep sessions small to ensure each player gets plenty of attention and tailored coaching.

Do you provide 1-1 training?

We do offer one-to-one coaching at selected locations, but we believe small group sessions are often more effective. Training with others gives players the chance to apply skills in realistic situations, learn from teammates, and build social confidence — all while still getting personal feedback from our coaches. Many players make friends for life at our sessions!

What should I bring to a session?

In most cases, yes. Many of our treatments are known as “lunchtime procedures” due to their quick recovery time. However, you may prefer some downtime after more sensitive procedures.

  • A water bottle
  • Football boots (or suitable trainers)
  • Comfortable sportswear (dress for the weather!)
Are there parking and toilet facilities on site?

Most venues have free parking and toilets available. Specific details for each location are listed on our venue page.

What type of surface do you train on?

We coach on grass and all-weather pitches (typically 4G or 5G) to ensure great playing conditions in all weathers.

Are your coaches DBS checked?

Yes. All our coaches hold an enhanced DBS check and have completed up-to-date safeguarding training.

What are the drop-off and collection procedures?

Parents and guardians are welcome to stay and watch. Children will only be released when a parent or guardian is present at the end of the session.

What if the weather is bad?

We train rain or shine whenever possible. If conditions make it unsafe to hold a session, your booking will be refunded in full.
